Frequently asked questions

Getting started

We review every application manually and reply within 24 hours on business days. Applications with real detail — actual traffic sources, GEOs and rough monthly volume — are usually approved faster because there is less to ask back.

No. A website helps, but we also approve publishers running social, native, push, email and community traffic. What matters is that you can describe where the traffic comes from.

Yes. We work with publishers globally. Your payout method needs to be available in your country — see the payment methods list.

No. There is no signup fee, no deposit and no monthly charge for publishers.

Yes, but they are separate accounts with separate logins.

Payments

$100 for wire transfer, PayPal and Wise. $50 for USDT (TRC-20) and Capitalist. If your balance is below the minimum it rolls over to the next period.

NET-30 from the end of each calendar month. Earnings from January are paid by the end of February. Payment requests are processed within five business days of the due date.

Wire transfer, PayPal, Wise, USDT (TRC-20) and Capitalist. All balances are held and paid in USD.

We cover the sending fee on PayPal, Wise and Capitalist. On wire transfers and USDT the network or intermediary bank fee is deducted from the transfer.

Rejected, reversed, duplicated or charged-back conversions are deducted from your balance, including after they have appeared as approved. We show you the reason and the affected conversion IDs. This is standard across the industry and it is written into our payment terms.

Yes. You earn 3% of the earnings of any publisher you refer, for 12 months from their signup. It comes out of our margin, not theirs.

Tracking

Any tracker that supports standard S2S postbacks. Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, Keitaro, BeMob, Peerclick and self-hosted setups all work. We run on Trackier.

Yes, and it is included. Before you send real traffic we fire a test conversion together and confirm it lands in both your tracker and ours. We do not let anyone start spending on an unverified setup.

Yes. Your tracking link includes a parameter for your click ID, and we return it on the postback so conversions attribute correctly on your side.

Server-to-server conversions appear in the dashboard in real time. Some advertisers batch their reporting, in which case there can be a delay — that is noted on the offer.

Rules and accounts

Bot and emulator traffic, cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, iframe injection, brand bidding on the advertiser’s trademarks, misleading creatives or fake system warnings, adult traffic on non-adult offers, and anything that breaks the specific offer’s stated rules.

Only on offers explicitly marked as incent-allowed. Running incent on a non-incent offer gets those conversions rejected.

Affected conversions are rejected and payment for them is withheld. Depending on the scale we may restrict the account or close it. If it looks like a genuine traffic-quality problem rather than deliberate fraud, we will tell you what we are seeing and give you the chance to fix it.

Yes, as long as each source is disclosed and permitted by the offer.

Balances above the minimum payout are paid out on the normal schedule. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months and a balance below the minimum payout may be closed and the balance forfeited, after we have emailed you a warning.
