Terms, privacy, payments and anti-fraud
Everything that governs your account with LeadifyCPA, on one page.
These terms are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up rather than after — support@leadifycpa.com.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 August 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering for an account, accessing the LeadifyCPA dashboard or sending traffic through a LeadifyCPA tracking link, you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, either personally or on behalf of the business you represent. The information you give at registration — including your name, contact details, traffic sources and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Accounts
One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Duplicate accounts created to bypass a rejection or a restriction will be closed.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
We may ask for identity or business verification documents before releasing a payment. This is a one-time step and it is described in the Payment Terms below.
3. Approval and rejection
Every application is reviewed manually. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
Approval to the network is not approval for every offer. Individual offers may be restricted by GEO, traffic source, volume or advertiser preference, and access to them is granted separately.
4. Offer rules
Each offer carries its own rules covering permitted GEOs, devices, traffic sources and creatives. Those rules are shown on the offer and they override anything general written here.
Running an offer against its stated rules voids the affected conversions, whether or not they have already been recorded in your dashboard.
5. Conversions and validation
A conversion counts when the advertiser validates it. Where our records and the advertiser’s records disagree, the advertiser’s tracking is the final record.
If you believe a discrepancy is a tracking error, raise it within 30 days of the date the traffic ran and we will investigate it with the advertiser and report back what we find.
6. Payouts
You are paid the payout published on the offer at the time the traffic ran. We will not reduce a payout retroactively on traffic that has already been delivered.
Payouts for future traffic may change. Where an advertiser changes a payout, we pass on the notice we receive, and the new rate applies only from the date it takes effect.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may close the account at any time and for any reason.
On closure, validated balances above the minimum payout are paid on the normal schedule. Balances tied to conversions found to be fraudulent are withheld, as set out in the Anti-Fraud Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Advertiser creatives, trademarks and brand assets remain the property of the advertiser and may only be used in the ways the offer permits.
Bidding on an advertiser’s trademarks in paid search is prohibited unless the offer states in writing that it is allowed.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion volume or earnings.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount payable to you for the period in question.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 20261. What we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Account details — your name, email address, company name, messaging handles and the payment details you give us so we can pay you.
- Technical data — IP address, user agent, referrer, and the click and conversion data generated when traffic passes through a tracking link.
- Communications — the emails, form submissions and messages you send us, and our replies.
2. Why we collect it
To operate your account, attribute and validate conversions, process payments, detect and investigate fraud, provide support, and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
3. Legal bases
We rely on performance of a contract for operating your account and paying you, our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and protecting advertisers, and legal obligation for keeping financial records.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed, with:
- Advertisers and source networks — conversion, sub-ID and technical data required for attribution and validation.
- Trackier, our tracking provider, which processes click and conversion data on our behalf.
- Payment processors, so a payment can reach you.
- Authorities and professional advisers, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your details with other publishers or use them to build advertising profiles.
5. Cookies and tracking
Click tracking sets an identifier so that a conversion can be matched back to the click that produced it. That is its only purpose — it is used for attribution and fraud checks, not for building advertising profiles of end users.
Attribution identifiers persist for the attribution window stated on the offer, which is commonly between 24 hours and 30 days. This website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Retention
Account records and financial records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and audit requirements. Click and conversion logs are kept for 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, or object to a particular use of it. Write to privacy@leadifycpa.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some data must be kept where the law requires it — if that applies we will tell you which data and why.
8. International transfers
We and our providers operate across several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens we require the provider to protect it to the standard described here.
9. Security
Access to account and payment data is restricted to the people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
10. Contact

Payment Terms
Last updated: 2 August 2026Payment schedule
NET-30 from the end of each calendar month. Earnings accrued in a given month are paid by the end of the following month — earnings from January are paid by the end of February. Payment requests are processed within five business days of the due date.
Minimum payout
$100 for wire transfer, PayPal and Wise. $50 for USDT (TRC-20) and Capitalist. A balance below the minimum is not lost — it rolls over to the next period.
Methods and fees
| Method | Minimum | Who pays the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Wire transfer | $100 | Intermediary and receiving bank fees are deducted from the transfer |
| PayPal | $100 | We cover the sending fee |
| Wise | $100 | We cover the sending fee |
| USDT (TRC-20) | $50 | The network fee is deducted from the transfer |
| Capitalist | $50 | We cover the sending fee |
Currency
All balances are held and paid in USD. If your provider converts to a local currency, the rate and any conversion charge are theirs, not ours.
Verification
We may require identity or business verification before your first payment. It is a one-time step and we will ask for it in good time rather than on the day a payment is due.
Chargebacks, reversals and rejected conversions
Conversions that the advertiser rejects, reverses, duplicates or charges back are deducted from your balance. This applies retroactively, including to conversions that have already shown as approved in your dashboard.
Where a payment has already been made for those conversions, the amount is offset against your future earnings. We will always provide the reason given by the advertiser and the affected conversion IDs.
Holds
A new account may have its first payment held to NET-45 while traffic quality is established. If a hold applies to you, we will tell you before you start sending traffic, not after you have sent it.
Disputes
Raise a payment dispute within 30 days of the payment date. We will respond with the underlying conversion data within 10 business days.
Inactive accounts
An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months and a balance below the minimum payout may be closed and the balance forfeited. We will email a warning first and give you the chance to reach the minimum or request the balance.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes and for reporting your earnings where you live. We may require a tax form or proof of business registration where the law requires it.
Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: 2 August 20261. Prohibited activity
The following are prohibited on every offer, at all times:
- Bot and emulator traffic
- Click injection and click spamming
- Cookie stuffing
- Forced or hidden clicks
- Iframe and pixel injection
- Brand bidding on advertiser trademarks
- Misleading creatives, and fake system, virus or delivery warnings
- Fake, auto-generated or resold leads
- Adult traffic on non-adult offers
- Traffic from GEOs or sources the offer excludes
2. How we monitor
We run automated checks on conversion-rate anomalies, click-to-conversion time distribution, IP and device fingerprint duplication, and GEO mismatch between the click and the conversion. On top of that, new publishers are reviewed manually and advertiser feedback is investigated on every offer.
3. Consequences
Consequences are proportionate to what is found. They range from rejecting the affected conversions and withholding payment for them, through restricting the account to specific offers, to closing the account with forfeiture of the balance tied to the fraudulent activity.
4. Right of appeal
If your account is restricted you will be told what was detected — the pattern, the offers and the period concerned. You then have 14 days to respond with an explanation or evidence before a final decision is made. Genuine traffic-quality problems are treated differently from deliberate fraud.
5. Reporting suspected fraud
If you see traffic or behaviour you believe is fraudulent — on our network or using our brand — email support@leadifycpa.com with the detail you have. We investigate every report and we will tell you the outcome.
